Comment: Excellent all around service, care, commitment and delivery.Very thankful for Pioneer Basement for their professionalism and especially Tim for his outstanding service and commitment to excellence. Tim installed a new sump pump, serviced the existing one and explained everything. He was efficient and also went out of his way to put a gutter pipe in place to help with any water overflow. I feel like a have a trusted friend in Tim and Pioneer Basement for years to come. Definitely recommend.
